Academic Requirements:

PG- Minimum 55%-60% in Bachelor degree

UG - Minimum 60%-70% in 12th year (standard)  of School Education

IELTS Requirements:

PG (for most programs 6.0, some programs 6.5) with no band less than 5.5

UG (for most programs 6.0, some programs 6.5) with no band less than 5.5

Pre-sessional English - is available (One separate CAS will be provided for pre-sessional and the main program)

Minimum Deposit to get CAS: £50% but with high-risk countries more initial payment can be asked.  

Application processing time :  2-3 week for high-risk country students , 1-2 week for the low-risk country student. For UG program student can make a direct application  . The University of Worcester is a British public university, based in Worcester, England. With a history dating back to 1946, the institution was granted university status in September 2005. Worcester is the only university serving the English counties of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. The University of Worcester is well known for its teaching degrees, and was one of the most improved Universities for research in the Research Excellence Framework 2014, climbing 32 places in the Research Fortnight rankings. Researchers at Worcester were recognised as carrying out world-leading work in History, Art and Design, Health, Education, Biological Science, Psychology, Sport, Geography, Archaeology & Environmental Studies, and English Language & Literature.

History

Originally founded in 1946 as a Teacher Training College.
Degree-awarding powers held since 1996.
Granted full university status in 2005.

Location & Transportation


Worcester is 51.5 km (32 miles) south west of Birmingham and is easily accessible by air, rail and the M5 motorway network.
The university is located centrally, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. The St John's Campus is a 15 minute walk/5 minute drive/10 minute bus journey from Worcester city centre, while the City campus is right in the heart of the city, close to both train and bus stations.
Worcester has two rail stations – Foregate Street and Shrub Hill. National Express operate eight buses a day to Worcester.
