PG ( for Engineering programs 6.0 , Management programs 6.5 ) with no band less than 6.0
UG ( for most programs 6.5 , some programs 5.5) with no band less than 5.5
Application processing time : The application period for master's programmes starting next autumn is 17 October - 16 January. Some programmes allow late applications after the deadline has passed. You will know a programme is still open when the “Add” button is present next to them at the University Admissions website. However, just because a programme is still open it does not necessarily mean that there are still available places. please contact us.
Scholarships Availability : Linköping University offers a limited number of LiU International Scholarships to new students. With LiU International Scholarships, tuition fees are reduced by 25, 50, 75 or 100%. Please contact us for more information .

Linköping University (LiU) is one of Sweden’s larger academic institutions and among those that offer the largest number of professional degree programmes, in fields such as medicine, education, business, economics and engineering. Research is conducted within a variety of disciplines, with strong internationally recognised research environments, e.g. materials science, information technology and disability studies.
History
Linköping University was granted full university status in 1975 and is now one of Sweden's larger academic institutions. Education, research and PhD training are the mission of four faculties: Arts and Sciences, Educational Sciences, Medicine and Health Sciences and the Institute of Technology. In order to facilitate interdisciplinary work, there are 14 large departments combining knowledge from several disciplines and often belonging under more than one faculty. Linköping University emphasises dialogue with the surrounding business sphere and the community at large, both in terms of research and education. In 2015, Linköping University was home to 27,000 students and 4,000 employees.
Location and Transportation
Linköping University is located in the middle of one of Sweden’s most expansive regions, about 150 kilometres south of Stockholm. We have 27,000 students. The majority is studying in Linköping, on Campus Valla or the University Hospital Campus, and one fifth in Norrköping. LiU students and employees can travel between the University Hospital Campus (Campus US), Campus Valla and Campus Norrköping by Campus bus.
We also have students at Carl Malmsten Furniture Studies in the Swedish capital Stockholm, and in Vadstena, a medieval town by Lake Vättern.
There are four campuses in three cities: Campus Valla and Campus US (both in Linköping), Campus Norrköping (Norrköping) and Campus Lidingö – Carl Malmsten Furniture Studies (Stockholm).
